Finding Spamton and Obtaining the KeyGen
To begin the quest, players must first spare Spamton during his mandatory alleyway encounter in Cyber City rather than using violence. After reaching Queen's Mansion, travel back to the Trash Zone and locate Spamton's shop inside a hidden hole in the wall. Speak with Spamton to purchase the KeyGen item, which cycles through prices until it becomes affordable.
Navigating the Mansion Basement
With the KeyGen in hand, return to Queen's Mansion and locate the hidden basement entrance hidden near the traffic area. Use the KeyGen to unlock the forcefield and explore the dark underground corridors. Navigate through the teacup rides and environmental hazards until you locate the room containing an abandoned machine holding an EmptyDisk.
Loading the Disk and Triggering the Battle
Take the EmptyDisk back to Spamton's shop in the Trash Zone so he can transfer his data onto it. Return to the basement machine alone and insert the LoadedDisk into the slot. Attempting to exit the basement afterwards will initiate the dramatic boss battle against Spamton NEO.
